Processing Time
All Originators™ products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your items are shipped.
During new releases, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Originators™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, our team will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
